Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited to cases involving Quality Issues (Spoilage/Expiry) or Non-Availability of Stock. Refunds will not be issued for “change of mind” or personal taste preferences.
Your Choice: Refund or Exchange
If your claim is approved:
- Option A (Exchange): We will ship a fresh replacement batch to you immediately via Express Shipping.
- Option B (Refund): We will credit the full invoice amount back to you.
Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Card/UPI/Wallet) within 3–5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Our team will contact you to request your UPI ID or Bank Account details. Once provided, the refund is processed via NEFT within 48 hours.
