Incorrect Item Received (Exchange Only)
In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Almonds but received Cashews):

- Condition for Exchange: The exchange will only be processed if the product is in its original condition, unopened, and the seal remains untampered. * Process: Once our team verifies the error, we will arrange a pickup and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
Quality Concerns & Damaged Goods
We take immense pride in our “Swadeshi” heritage. If you receive a product that is:
- Expired: Past the “Best Before” date.
- Substandard Quality: If the product is found to be damaged/spoiled.
In such cases, we offer a Full Refund or Exchange, based entirely on your convenience.
