Dispatch & Processing
- The 24-Hour Commitment: All orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- Quality Inspection: Before dispatch, every package undergoes a multi-point quality check to ensure the seal integrity and freshness of the product.
Shipping Charges & Tiers
We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping structure is as follows:
- Premium Shipping (Prepaid): Orders above ₹999 qualify for Complimentary (Free) Shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied.
- Prepaid Advantage: All prepaid orders receive an Additional 3% Discount automatically at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders. To ensure transaction security, COD is restricted to orders with a maximum value of ₹2000.
Delivery Timelines
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 working days.
- Rest of India: 7–10 working days.
- Tracking: Upon dispatch, a tracking link from our logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express) will be sent via SMS and Email.
Non-Serviceable Zones & Delays
While we ship to 19,000+ pin codes across India, certain remote areas may be unserviceable. If your location is outside our delivery zone, you will be notified immediately.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to “Force Majeure” events such as extreme weather, strikes, or regional lockdowns.
