Daulatrams – Shipping Policy

At Daulatrams, we strive to deliver your products in the fastest, safest, and most efficient way possible. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying experience from order to delivery.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of placement. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time: Domestic deliveries usually take 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery Partners: We use reliable third-party courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, and TrackOn.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and total value.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer.

🌍 International Shipping

Processing Time: International orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of placing the order.

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 15–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Partner: We partner with DHL for global shipping. Please note that DHL is a third-party logistics provider and does not represent Daulatrams directly.

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.

Customs & Duties:

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
