Daulatrams – Terms and Conditions
- Domestic Shipping (India)
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing the order. A tracking link will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Delivery within India typically takes 3-7 business days.
We ship pan India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, and TrackOn. These are third-party services and do not represent Daulatrams directly.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipment weight, and order value.
If the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel, three delivery attempts will be made. After this, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will need to pay for a new shipping bill to have the order re-shipped.
- International Shipping
International orders will be dispatched within 7 business days from our warehouse.
Orders are typically in transit for 15–20 business days.
Shipping is available globally through our logistics partner DHL.
Our website currently supports orders from India, UAE, and the USA. Customers from other countries can place orders via WhatsApp (+91-8295405022), Instagram (@daulatrams), or Email (info@daulatrams.com).
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and value of the shipment.
Any Customs Duty / Import Tax / VAT or other applicable charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the shipping charges shown at checkout.
- Returns, Damages & Order Issues
(Applicable for domestic orders only)
If products are damaged or broken, customers must share photo or video proof within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Once verified by our team, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.
In case of wrong product delivery, please submit photo proof within 48 hours. Upon verification, we will schedule a pickup and send the correct product within 3 business days.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 10 days of dispatch, please contact our team. We will investigate the issue with our delivery partners and assist accordingly.
For international orders, we may offer store credit or a refund based on the nature of the issue. Final discretion rests with the Daulatrams team.
- Customer Information
Any order modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
International orders are not eligible for modifications or edits once placed.
If incorrect shipping information is provided for domestic orders, corrections can only be made after the parcel is returned to the courier warehouse (RTO). Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Always verify name, email, phone number, and address before placing your order.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Store credit will be offered upon cancellation. In special cases, a refund may be issued at the discretion of the company.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Payment Terms
We accept payments via:
Cash on Delivery (COD) (India only)
Bank Transfers
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.)
PayPal (for international orders only)
All COD orders will incur an additional fee of ₹100.
Prepaid orders may be eligible for a 5% discount during checkout. Terms & conditions apply. Not applicable on discounted products.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
