At Daulatrams, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
🔁 Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange is applicable only in the following cases:
The product is damaged or broken during transit.
You have received a wrong product that was not ordered.
The product has expired (in rare cases) or is unfit for use upon opening.
📸 How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share clear photographs or videos of:
The damaged/wrong product
The outer packaging (with shipping label visible)

📦 Exchange Process
Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will:
Arrange a pickup of the incorrect or damaged item (wherever serviceable)
Dispatch a replacement product within 2–3 business days
The exchanged item must be in its original packaging and unused.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:
Product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
You no longer want the item due to personal reasons (change of mind, etc.)
For international orders, exchange is not available due to shipping constraints. In such cases, we may offer store credit or refund based on our team’s assessment.

Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of the Daulatrams support team after verification.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
In case the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of your choice.
